These terms govern your use of weekit, the weekly planning tool for busy people. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use weekit.
1. The service
Opsides LLC has launched Weekit for weekly planning, rituals, and momentum tracking, available through our website and apps. We continuously improve the product, which means features may change, be added, or be removed over time. We’ll do our best to give notice before removing anything significant.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use weekit. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share one account across multiple people.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your settings; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, though we’re reasonable people — if something went wrong, write to us. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempting to breach security, no reverse engineering, no reselling access, no using weekit to store or share unlawful content, and no automated scraping that burdens our infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, ideally after a warning where practical.
5. Your content
Everything you create in weekit — plans, rituals, tasks, notes — belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Our intellectual property
The weekit software, design, and brand are ours and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or code beyond using the service as intended.
7. Disclaimers and liability
weekit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we’ll notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Questions? Email hello+weekit@opsides.com.
